"We can no longer persue our economic model"

Mikhail Gorbachev, President of the NGO Green Cross International, denounces the current global economic model, describing the modern economy as unbearable. He believes it "affects our environment". Before emphasizing  on the strength of political willings in solving the problems, "even very complex", Mikhail Gorbachev acknowledges the recognition of the right to water by the United Nations and its inclusion in some national laws.
