Marseille is on the main route of major railway lines. Its international airport is served by 103 direct lines.

Travel to Marseille by train

The Saint Charles train station, in the very heart of Marseille, is a 15 minute walk from Marseille's famous Vieux Port and 5 metro stops away from the Parc Chanot venue.
There are direct TGV’s from Paris or Toulouse (3 hours), Brussels and Geneva (5h20) and Bordeaux (6 hours). Travelling from London will take you 7 hours combining the Eurostar and the TGV.

Travel to Marseille by plane

The international airport Aéroport Marseille Provence, situated near the town of Marignane, is a 25 minute drive away from the center of Marseille. It is France's 4th airport.
A few figures:

From the airport, take a taxi or use the Airport shuttle service to take you straight to the Gare Saint Charles, Marseille main train station.

Marseille is connected to major French, Spanish and Italian cities by 3 motorways.
•    By the A7-A51 Northern autoroute: Aix-en-Provence, Lyon, Paris, Brussels.
•    By the A55 Seaside « Autoroute du Littoral »: Arles, Montpellier, Toulouse, Barcelona
•    By the A50 Eastbound autoroute: Toulon, Nice, Milan, Turin and Genoa.
