The AVCOI Congress 2012 “Water in insular areas”
22-23 February 2012 - Antsirana (Diego Suarez), Madagascar
The Association of the Indian Ocean towns and communities (AVCOI), which represents around thirty cities and local authorities from Mauritius, Madagascar, the Seychelles and the Reunion Island, is organising its next congress on Water in Insular areas.
The AVCOI hopes to gather about sixty participants for this event.
